Apne 52nd birthday (1st September) par Ram Kapoor ne Instagram par ek shirtless photo share ki jisme unka toned body clearly dikh raha tha. Caption mein unhone likha: “52 years old today! I’m feeling healthier and younger than I have felt in more than 25 years. Age is just a number.”

Entertainment industry ke dost bhi unke is nayi look par fida ho gaye. Singer Shaan Mukherji ne likha, “The best birthday gift one can give himself. Bravo bro!” Vrajesh Hirjee bole, “Whoa! Happy birthday brother!” aur Cyrus Broacha ne masti mein comment kiya, “Gorgeous…but I still like the ladies.”

Unhone clearly bola ki unka transformation kisi surgery ya medicine ka result nahi hai, balki discipline aur lifestyle change ka nateeja hai.
